Download Policy
Carlson Imagery assumes no liability for download products.
That being said, all Carlson Imagery download products are virus-scanned with Norton virus detection products before uploading onto the Wix server for storage and therefore are assumed to be free of malicious code.
Downloaders are encouraged to rescan downloaded products with their own antivirus products to ensure that malicious code is not present.
Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from the Carlson Imagery website, you can return a product and get a full refund (digital downloads excluded).
You can return a product for up to 15 days from the date of purchase. Purchaser must pay return shipping.
Any product you return must in the same condition you received it in and unopened in the original packaging.
Carlson Imagery does not offer refunds on digital download products.
If you are not satisfied with purchases made on our partner sites such as Society6, Redbubble, Fine Art America, or Pond5, please refer to their refund policies for further direction.
